Can I get a refund if I take a Leave of Absence?

Students taking a Leave of Absence (not medical) are eligible for a credit adjustment to their bursar account to tuition and mandatory fees, excluding a $100.00 administrative fee, as outlined below:

1st Three weeks
(up through the financial drop deadline date)
100% Adjustment
4th Week
73% Credit
5th Week
66% Credit
6th Week
60% Credit
7th Week
53% Credit
8th Week
46% Credit
9th Week
40% Credit
10th Week and beyond
No Credit
